Zakir Hussain Rose Garden in Sector 16, Chandigarh, is Asia's largest rose garden β a magnificent 30-acre park housing over 1,600 varieties of roses, 32,500 rose plants, and hundreds of medicinal herbs and ornamental trees. From mid-February to mid-March, the garden erupts into a breathtaking carpet of reds, pinks, yellows, whites, and oranges β making it one of the most spectacular natural backdrops for pre-wedding photography anywhere in North India. The well-maintained pathways, ornamental pools, fountains, and manicured lawns provide multiple distinct photo zones within a single location. The annual Rose Festival (February) adds festive colour and cultural performances to the setting.
